Who's starting to think about school days again?  Even though it may look a little different when school starts back up, doing your part of being physically and mentally prepared can go a long way.  To help you in this journey, we are having a Back to School Bash:  Saturday, August 15 from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm outside the back of the library.  For those of you 11-18 years old, you can sign up for your free stress-busting school kit.  The first 25 to register for this event under Upcoming Program & Events for teens will receive this kit plus a free bagged lunch.  Then join us for yoga where we will learn some great breathing techniques, ways to focus our minds, and great poses to strengthen our bodies.  (And no, it is not just for girls!!)  The fun songs and games will have you laughing and singing along.  Sign up for 1 of 2 different yoga sessions under "Families" events. Try out the life-size foot pool game during the Back to School Bash too.

(If you have a younger sibling, they can register for a free backpack and lunch under the kids' events.)
