The library offers a number of specialized services for your convenience. Select the tab to get more details about each of our services. Some services are fee-based to cover the library's costs to provide these services.
The library offers public computers and wi-fi. Computers are located on the second floor of the library and staff at the help desk can assist you. Log on to the computer with your library card or, if you do not have a card, ask for a temporary pass. Computer access is free but is limited according to demand.
Free wi-fi is available throughout the library. If you need assistance with wi-fi, please see staff at the second floor help desk.
The library has self-serve copiers on both floors. The first floor copier is coin-only. The second floor copier will accept credit cards, coins, and cash ($1's and $5's).
The library has a self-serve print station on the second floor. Items can be printed from library computers or use our wireless printing service. Ask at the desk about wireless printing.
Fees for copying and printing are:
0.15 / page for black & white printing
0.50 / page for color printing

The library has a self-serve fax/scanning machine on the 2nd floor.
Scan documents and send them by fax for 25 cents per page or send by email for free.
You can receive an email confirmation when the fax is received or email the document to yourself, as well.
Meeting room requests may be made in person, over the phone, or through the online form.
All meetings must be open to the public. The library does not provide closed, confidential meeting spaces or space for private social gatherings.
When making a reservation, you will be asked to confirm that you have read, understand and agree to follow the library's meeting room policy. Please be sure that you understand the policy and ask staff to explain anything that isn't clear. Use of the Waldomore meeting room is governed by both the library's meeting room policy and the Waldomore Meeting Room Community Use Policy.
All non-profit organizations are invited to use the library's meeting rooms free of charge. For other groups and depending on the type of reservation requested, there may be fees for meeting room use. This information is included with meeting room policies and staff will discuss that with you at the time of reservation.
After your reservation is entered, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your reservation. Please review the confirmation to be sure all information is correct. If you need to make a change or if you need to cancel the reservation, please contact the library.
Notary service is available during most hours of operation. To ensure availability, call the library to make an appointment at 304-627-2236, otherwise there may be a wait. This is a free service.
The Clarksburg-Harrison Public Library is a passport acceptance facilty. The library accepts passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. U.S. citizens
planning international travel may apply for passports by appointment only. Call the library at 304-627-2236 to schedule your appointment. For application forms, information on documentation required, fees, and a wealth of other passport and international travel information, visit the official website for passport information - travel.state.gov. The library does not take passport photographs so you will need to bring those with you to your appointment.
