Library Card

In order to obtain a library card at the Clarksburg-Harrison Public Library you must present two  pieces of identification; a valid photo ID and  proof of current local address i.e., utility bill, voter's registration, personal check or similar. Both pieces of identification must have applicant's name and current address. Library cards can be obtained at the Circulation Desk. Your first card is free. Replacement cards are $3.00.

Borrowing

Overdue Items

• Overdue books are 5 cents a day.
• Overdue VHS & DVDs are 25 cents a day.
• Patrons with fines of $2 or more will not be able to check anything out until the items are returned and fines are paid.

Internet Access

The mission of the Clarksburg-Harrison Public Library is to provide patrons with the best and most current informational resources possible, including on-line electronic information resources.

• To use the Internet computers, patrons must be 14 years of age or older and have a valid library card or yellow Northern Library Network Internet card.
• Internet cards can be obtained at the Reference Desk with a valid photo I.D.
•  Internet patrons are allowed 1 hour per day which is split into two 30 minute sessions with a 30 minute wait time between them.
• Children under the age of 14 may use the computer in the Children's Department on the first floor.
